Registration
- Participation in this event is entirely voluntary. All participants agree to assume full responsibility and all associated risks and shall have no right to make any claims against the Organizer — including the event host, planners, sponsors, or supporting organizations — for any injury, accident, death, or loss of any kind arising from traveling to or from the event venue, during the event itself, or for any related reason.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend the registration deadline without prior notice. On‑site or late registrations will not be accepted.
Health and Safety Notice
- Participants are advised to take appropriate sun protection measures, such as using sunscreen, wearing hats, and staying hydrated.
- The Organizer has arranged public liability insurance for this event. However, participants should note that this is not equivalent to personal accident insurance. You are encouraged to assess your own needs and consider purchasing personal insurance coverage for your own protection.
- If a participant causes deliberate damage or actions that lead to additional expenses for the Organizer, that participant must compensate the Organizer reasonably.
- Participants agree that event staff, medical personnel, the Event Director, or security officers have full authority to request any participant to withdraw from the event and to disqualify them from participation if necessary.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any disputes — including the interpretation or application of participation rules — the Organizer’s decision shall be final.
- The Organizer, contractors, employees, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any accidents or injuries occurring to participants on the event day.
Adverse Weather Arrangements
- If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted at or after 8:00 a.m. on the day before the event, the event will be cancelled.
- If a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued at or after 4:00 a.m. on the event day, the event will be cancelled.
- Entry fees are non‑refundable if the event is cancelled due to the above weather conditions.
- Should adverse weather occur during the event and any of the above warnings be issued, the Event Director reserves the right to immediately cancel the ongoing event. Entry fees will not be refunded.
- Participants are advised to check the latest weather information on the event morning via the Hong Kong Observatory (Telephone: 1878 200) or its official website.
Personal Data Declaration
- By registering for this event, participants agree that the Organizer and authorized third parties may, under lawful circumstances, use photographs, videos, voices, images, and identifiable personal data collected during the event for event organization and promotional purposes without the need for prior approval or review by the participant.
Other Notes
- If the event is cancelled due to venue‑related issues, relevant announcements will be made according to the circumstances.
- For assistance or inquiries during the event, please approach staff at the Information Counter.
- All gifts and souvenirs are non‑exchangeable for cash.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend and interpret the above rules.
