Registration
- Participants must carefully read the event terms, conditions, and arrangements. Submitting registration indicates acceptance of all event terms, conditions, and arrangements introduced hereafter and by the organizer.
- Participants must ensure the accuracy of the information on the registration form. If any errors or misrepresentations are found, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant without refund or compensation.
- Participation is voluntary. Participants assume all risks and responsibilities and have no right to claim compensation or liability from the organizer/including the event planner, sponsors/supporting organizations for any injury, accident, death, or loss of any kind caused by travel to and from the event venue, during the event, or other reasons.
- Participants are responsible for completing payment through the designated channels within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe will be considered a forfeiture of participation. The organizer will not provide further notice regarding payment, delayed payment, or changes to payment methods.
- T-shirt size will be selected during registration. Once payment is received, the organizer will not accept requests to change T-shirt sizes under any circumstances.
- Participants must be at least 6 years old to participate in this event. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. For safety reasons, this event is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration to children under 6 years of age.
- Once registration is accepted, the organizer will not accept any name transfers or changes to the category. Submitted registrations or duplicate registrations are non-refundable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the registration deadline without prior notice. On-site and late registrations are not accepted.
- Duplicate registrations will be counted as a single registration. Additional registration fees are non-refundable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be transferred to other applicants or other events. Submitted registration information will not be returned.
- Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
- Successfully registered participants will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email after registration, please contact us (email: [email protected]; phone: +852 2117 1650).
1km Pet Run Terms and Conditions
As a responsible pet owner, by bringing your pet to the CR Longdation Cross Sea Run Carnival 2026 (the “Event”), you (the “Pet Owner”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following rules:
- Pets are permitted within the event area, but only dogs are allowed to run on the ground. All other animals are prohibited from entering the venue unless prior written consent is obtained from China Resources Longdation Company Limited.
- Pets are permitted to linger and walk within the designated route at Tseung Kwan O Waterfront Park, but dogs must be leashed with a leash no longer than 1.5 meters. Large dogs (weighing 20 kg or more) must be leashed and muzzled.
- Pets must never be left unsupervised under any circumstances.
- Pet owners should ensure their pets remain within their control at all times during the event and prevent them from making excessive noise that could disturb or endanger others.
- Please maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Pet owners must immediately clean up their pets' excrement and properly dispose of it using their own sealed bags, containers, and/or tools.
- According to the law, no one may bring pets into restaurants and supermarkets; violators may be prosecuted (except for guide dogs and dogs performing legal duties).
- Pet owners who bring their pets into the premises are fully liable for any damage or injury caused by their pets to others, other pets, facilities, or third-party property.
- Pet owners are liable to China Resources Longdation Company Limited for any claims arising from their pets. Pet owners are fully and effectively indemnifying and indemnifying China Resources Longdation Company Limited and releasing it from all suits, proceedings, claims, and recoveries, whether directly or indirectly caused or related to damage or injury caused by or omitted from their pets, and all related costs and expenses.
- China Resources Longdation Company Limited shall not be liable for any actions, conduct, matter, event, or omission by any pet owner or any person, whether acting in the name of the pet owner or on behalf of a trustee, in any way that China Resources Longdation Company Limited exercises or intends to exercise the powers granted by this Code of Conduct.
- If a pet owner fails to comply with the above Code of Conduct or causes nuisance, annoyance, or distress to others, staff of China Resources Longdation Company Limited or the Tseung Kwan O Waterfront Park Management Office have the right to request the pet owner and pet to immediately leave the activity area or the Tseung Kwan O Waterfront Park area.
- Dogs attending the event must be in good health and at least five months old. Female dogs in heat are not permitted to enter.
- If any dog exhibits abnormal health symptoms on the day of the event, the organizers will not be liable for any accidents or injuries.
- In case of any dispute, China Resources Longdation Company Limited reserves the right of final decision.
Race Pack Collection
- Participants will be notified of race pack collection via email two weeks prior to the event.
- Participants must bring a printed copy of the notification email or present the email address to collect their race pack and event materials. If you require someone to collect the pack on your behalf, please complete and present a completed authorization form and identification document.
- All participants must collect their race pack and related items at the designated location on the specified date and time. Items will not be distributed to participants after the designated date without further notice.
Health and Safety Notice
- Participants must clearly understand the content and nature of the activity, be aware that it requires physical exertion, and ensure their health condition is suitable for participation. The organizer advises all participants to monitor their physical condition and suitability for the activity during the event. If any discomfort occurs during the activity, please stop immediately and seek assistance from on-site staff.
- Participants are responsible for their own sun protection measures, such as bringing sunscreen, wearing a hat, and staying hydrated.
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic illnesses such as heart disease or high blood pressure. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant deemed unsuitable for the activity upon learning of or suspecting such an event.
- Public liability insurance has been purchased for this event. Participants should note that this insurance is not the same as personal accident insurance. Participants should assess whether they should purchase personal insurance to protect themselves from risks.
- If a participant fails to complete the activity within the designated time, they must leave the course as instructed by organizer staff and inspectors. The organizer and race director reserve the final decision-making authority.
- If a participant causes additional expenses to the organizer due to intentional damage during the event, the participant must provide reasonable compensation to the organizer.
- Participants agree that staff, medical personnel, the race director, or security personnel have the right to request their withdrawal from the event and disqualify them from participation.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend the event terms and conditions. The organizer has the final say on any disputes arising from this event (including the interpretation and exercise of any participation rules).
- The organizer, contractors, employees, or volunteers shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries that occur to participants on the day of the event.
Severe Weather
- If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted at 8:00 AM or later the day before the event, the event will be cancelled.
- If a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted at 4:00 AM or later on the day of the event, the event will be cancelled.
- If the event is cancelled due to the hoisting of any of the above warnings before the event, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- If severe weather or any of the above warnings are hoisted during the event, the organizer or race director has the right to change the event route or cancel the ongoing event. Registration fees are non-refundable.
- The organizer recommends that participants call or check the Hong Kong Observatory for weather conditions on the morning of the event. (Tel: 1878200)
Personal Data Statement
- Participants must ensure that the personal data provided is accurate.
- Participants who provide false information or impersonate others will be disqualified, and the organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action against the responsible parties.
- By registering for this event, participants agree that the organizer and authorized third parties may, under legal circumstances, permanently use photographs, audio recordings, images, and personal identification data obtained from this event for the purpose of organizing and promoting the event, without prior review by the participants.
Other Matters
- In the event of cancellation due to venue issues, relevant information will be announced as the situation unfolds.
- Participants' personal belongings can be stored in the baggage storage area provided by the organizer. Please do not bring valuables; the organizer will not be liable for any damage or loss and will not provide any compensation. By using this arrangement, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms.

- All gifts are non-refundable.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend and interpret these rules.
